I feel a little depressed, I dislike my work, and don't know what else I can do, and I have no interest doing my job reading, writing test cases, and I found difficulty in JP learning. Book 1 is easy for me, but Book 2 is too hard.
    What can I do in the next? Maybe I am too tired and need a relax, so the trip in Xiamen maybe give me some fresh air and new idea.
    Don't care the others, just be myself!

    A little story here, my company interviewed a person 29 years old, the manager said he was too old for the job.What? Too old? That's mean if we are around 30 years old, when we are not cheap anymore and not young enough, we are likely to lose our job, what a pity, what should we do?

I was quite busy from Jane 15 to now, in fact,only busy with my private things, Chuansha and Pangwa...
I did N6 project, I just learn sth about this project, but made no progress on my personal skills.
I began to learn Janpanese from Sep 15th again, I don't know how long it will last this time, but I need to learn new things, as time flies, I find that I have been working almost 2.5 years, next march will be 3 years sharp, I feel shame, beacuse I learned not very much during the past 2.5 years, I have to do things to make a difference!

I am not so concentrate on my job rencently, many private things waiting me to handle
Alough I am in a mass, I feel quite happy and fullfilling
As the  project move on, I think it is much easyier for me to do, I spend less time on my job and full of lots of thoughts and ideas in my mind
My birthday will coming, my parents will with me, what a wonderful thing!
What a present will I give to myself? hoho, It will be a big one...

From March 9th to 23th I am quite busy with A1 project,But after that I just looked some pdf, some A3 and N6 PS
The weather is fine, and my mood become much better, spring is here and I have happy life

But the only question bothers me is, what can I do when I am not busy at office, obviously I can't surf on the internet given the circumstances company seems in the crisis.
I know that I am not as good as other employees in many aspects, I realize it takes time for me to catch up with them,  I know everything, but when it comes to do it I become too lazy, I am not so eager for learning new things compared to when I was just begin working, I lose my passion, lose my dream and the patience.

It was quite busy at first of this month, recently I feel quite tired, maybe becase the weather,this month I will finish writing the testcase, next month I will test it, boring, right?

Always hear the news of layoff and bankrupt of other company, the ecnomic let we a little upset, I hope and believe it will better!

From Nov 17 to now, I am quite free, so have time to learn more about bussiness flow

I was busy this month, but I find that I am still not very famillar with the product, so in the further I'll spend more time to know about it

   I have been in here for 2 months, after wrote the test case, and reviewed by others, I feel they have good work process but poor test skill, most test are done manual and it's hard to say how to write a good test case, is this due to my underestimate the importance of test case?
  Yesterday the intern said he feel he can't learn much though wirting the boring test case, here is no automatic test, is it too simple to test? I don't think so, in fact, test is not so simple, even if your work is simple, to be a senior QA, lots of skill is needed, compay just pay you for to do the work, it do not have the responsibility to train you and let you be more excellent, so I must bear in mind there is always sth to learn...

So far I have worked here for one month, I attended two weeks of training and wrote one test case, learnt the process of testing here.

At first, I felt very hard, we use different concepts, different work process, use different work template, however there weeks later, I found very easy. Besides, I am in a considerate better project team, and colleague are friendly, So I do not have much pressure now and begin to learn Japanese in my spare time, learning Japanese is a good way to kill time on the bus, hope I will keep on.

   I feel quite good at the new company, at first I have the fear that can not get used to the new job quickly , acturaly they have training programs and the peers looks very nice. I feel very comfertable. And have the passion for work again, that's pretty good.
   And I have the feeling that, the frist job took me at least 1 month to adapt to it and famillar with the colleagues, this new job may take me much less time to adapt to it, that's mean I am more mature
   To do job seriously for short period of time is easy for me, but keep on this spirit is so hard, a friend of mine said once upon a time I was not patient enough, I know that, so I will conquer this defects.
   To be more serious and patient, and never neglect every progress I have achive, it can make a difference.

  From today to July 21st, I will be quite free in current company, I'd rather do sth useful than just sit there to waste time, make good use of this short period of time can make big difference.
  1, Reading and listening Crazy English, intensify prictise can make big progress, particularly in oral English
  2, Get genral idea of ERP in order to do the new job ASAP
  3, Prepare for the residence permit, take ID card photo and transfer my Party relationship
  4, Welcome my classmates from Zhengzhou and have fun with them

From next month, I'll go to next company. Although them give the low salary, I still want to leave the current compay. I have enough reason to quit my current job.
Fristly, my current company is not very standard to some degree; secondly I have learnt enough here, if insist on I'll learn little; Thirdly, I want to know something about the erp, maybe it will be a good chance to change my career.
I appreciate the first company let me make a living and learnt sth about testing, and I will treasure the second job which make me settle down and safer, and I'll do good job in my new company!

I am very tired with the current job, not beacuse it is too busy but beacuse it is not busy, I always learnt by myself and have nobody to discuss and nobody to compared with. If keep on doing this I'll be crazy and can't learn anything except kill time:(
I don't know weather the last interview will success or not, hope I'll make it!

The most miserable thing is give u hope at first, then extinguish it!

  I don't want to change my job now, as I can't find very good job, anyway stay here is not a bad choose, I should accumulate more experience in both technical and communication, I should rebound and work hardly as before, never give up the passion of work, enjoy the work and make progress step by step.

2.setup Linux study entironment by VMware and decide to play it from time to time

   I was very busy and lazy at the beginning this mouth, first went back home and very tired, what make me head-ache is how to find a good job, as few companys I am intereted in, it is hard to find.
   Anyway, I won't be afraid of any kind of interview, it's time for me too learn more skill as well as hunting for good job.

What to learn next? of course, it takes time...

    I am not very depressed after the HP second interview, beacuse alough I am not qualified for the job, at least I know what can I do in the next, I know my weekness, it takes me lots of time to overcome them, and thanks the interviewer's advise. From the good point of view,I still got the interview chance to go to the Top500 such as Kodak, HP
    I am now prepared for all kinds of interviews...hoho
    Next week,I'll summary the interview materials,this is very worthy of doing.
