I received a new build in this morning, so I will start bug verification today.

Janaki, who is office manager of Chennai office, talked with me. She will come back to canada in march and is looking for a new job now. she explained why she get the resumes without QA experience. It is really stupid reason, my Project manager give her a job requirment need network expeirence only. What can I do? It drive me crazy. I own two jobs descrīptions, one for junior tester who is working in Chennia office now; the other one is the senior tester we are loooking for. It seems I should update my resume first.

The process, if it exist, is mesh. I talked with Cassio, who is working as saleman in company and introduce svlab from brazil. We should engaged with svlab every quarter and let them do some basic test, but I don't know when we can start the new contract with them. Everything have been talked more than 5 times, but ...

I have to finished some tests done by Ramesh, who is working in chennai as a junior tester. He was worked for context review and join the QA team in Jan. He is not so good in technical and I have to teach him everything one by one. It really make me tired. I plan to let him to write all test cases and do some simple test, but the result is I have to write all test cases for him. If I am lucky enough, he can do soemthing right and I can found the wrong test when I review his job.

I hoped I can write dairy job review to record my jobs, but it was relly hard for me. I am a lazy guy. I have too many plans, but few of them come to execute.

Last week, I sit in QA lab and worked on the Cisco Pix. It is a simple firewall. The manual book is huge, but it is a good manual. Actually, I hated to read manul, but cisco's give a fresh look. It is a good lesson for me, just keep to try something new.
My co-workers in India sent me couple of resumes.They want me to reivew them first,then they can arrange interview. I was really suprise. I am looking for a experience QA. There are 10 resumes, none of them have any QA experience. How can I decide which one to interivew? it is a time waste.

I talked to a ex-employee who is working in HP now. He said they get 2 persons from 100 qa experience candidiants. Why we can't get one? Amazing.

    I setup couple of things on my home server. There are working now. Twiki, a knowledge base software. I like it and I want put it online to share information with all. Phpmyadmin, which I can see database from web rather than type everything, is working now. TorrentFlux, a slow stuff to download file.

    I will update my home server to a powerful one after I get a new job and move to states.

    There are too many things to study and to play, with twiki, I can remember all my steps and don't make any stupid error again.

I have to write in english. I am a chinese, but I am in Canada now.
