New build and New task

I received a new build in this morning, so I will start bug verification today.

Janaki, who is office manager of Chennai office, talked with me. She will come back to canada in march and is looking for a new job now. she explained why she get the resumes without QA experience. It is really stupid reason, my Project manager give her a job requirment need network expeirence only. What can I do? It drive me crazy. I own two jobs descrīptions, one for junior tester who is working in Chennia office now; the other one is the senior tester we are loooking for. It seems I should update my resume first.

The process, if it exist, is mesh. I talked with Cassio, who is working as saleman in company and introduce svlab from brazil. We should engaged with svlab every quarter and let them do some basic test, but I don't know when we can start the new contract with them. Everything have been talked more than 5 times, but ...

I have to finished some tests done by Ramesh, who is working in chennai as a junior tester. He was worked for context review and join the QA team in Jan. He is not so good in technical and I have to teach him everything one by one. It really make me tired. I plan to let him to write all test cases and do some simple test, but the result is I have to write all test cases for him. If I am lucky enough, he can do soemthing right and I can found the wrong test when I review his job.
