    做了一段时间的游戏测试，有点迷茫。游戏测试的发展方向到底在哪里？接触过许多做这一行的，大多数都是以策划或者其他职业为目标，对游戏测试本身感兴趣的寥寥无几。待遇低，地位低，同时游戏测试的人才不断流失。抛开待遇问题不谈，游戏测试应该如何提高自己的能力？云层老师说的我觉得可以理解为test case的编写能力方面，还有其他的吗？
