  现在许多软件企业对测试都不够重视，我是个测试新手，再测试方面几乎没有什么经验，公司却让我做测试设计，对于CASE做了一些，可是好些都是无效用例，怎样提高工作效率是我现在最头痛的问题，不知高手入行时是怎样调整节奏和状态的？有没有好的建议让我分享，愿大家都能快速进步！文字
