After National Day, this is the first day or calls come back day for writing my test blog. These days, I am thinking on my test career or could say all career. I thought more and more, but lost more and more. I must deal my thinking and must change sth.

Working on complex communication issues. Sum sth: I think for the beginning of every project, team member should submit all suggestion if there is a requirement from our customer and market. All old and no properly method leverage from previous project should be NOT a baffle for our new project plan. Just put them in reference column. Right? Of course I think so.

Two days, we met a big problem about outsource communication with our custom. When we find there are some issues which we did NOT talk about them with our custom clearly OR they had ever have experience to take care so much. What we should do for our test project?
First, when we get our custom's requirement. What is the first step we ought to do? I think we should understand the requirement clearly, enough clearly!!! For example:
Our task is to create a test session plan for outsource test project. Need to do:
1. Analyze current requirement or test guide, and choice which kind of Matrix temple is properly used for our current project; (KEY, must correct)
2. Define main static parameters of config;
3. Overall arrangement the matrix and fill tracking values for test configs;
4. Consider the test coverage for the request factors.
In a word, the main issue of outsource project is a communication issue. We must handle our custom requirement accurately and fully.

These two days, I have a fever. Woo~ Keep on working, just try my best. Main Task: Create test plan and feature matrix.
During design test session plan, I found that the Matrix temple is so important! When we got the latest requirements from our customer, we should choice the properly Matrix temple for our testing firstly. If the not suitable matrix be used, there maybe some issues miss or risk omitting. And we maybe need to rework. The project time is wasting much.

Our test discussion team had a meeting for Printer testing. Discussion was so ardent and made us to study more info about our printer testing with other software.
Good method to find that it is Application defect OR driver defect? We should use different applications to verify this defect. If it does not occur on other app, it should be a driver defect. (Precondition: Suppose the HW works well)

Today, I was NOT in the status for working hours. Just finished some review for product spec. A good news, the web site for the new project has been built well. We will finish all test cases development in two week (Actual 7 days till now). So time is in tense. We must spend much time for it by our leisure-time. Going for tomorrow...

The Q108 project is coming for us. Today, i reviewed the product spec. More and more test development task will be hold by us. That would be so busy! wu~ Since there was no related checklist or document point how to review spec, according to previously project expence, i summarize a "How to review product spec" for our test project. hehe~ I believe that this checklist would help us and the follower referrence when he/she want to review product spec. Hope it is real helpful for our project. Thanks^_^
BTW, there is an universal product spec checklist for our project is attached. Please refer it for details. (Note: this checklist "How to review product spec" just is a example!)

Summarize: To writing test design document,
the purpose of Test Design Document is to define specifically what aspects of component will be tested, and how that testing will be accomplished. A test area may be a software componentm, a feature of the software, or a capability of the software such as contention or compatibility.
Plan: A web testing is gotten by us. I will responsible for the test design and some test cases development. I must review many documents for this project. Do my best ^^

After reading an article from someone's blog: The test management tool QC will go instead of TD. But the QC tool is so expensive for us. Many company most can not pay for it. Just this simple and generic news makes me think of ~many...many...
Thinking:
1. What is the test development for China? What is our test technology?
2. If we should develop a test tool for ourselves? Well then, how to develop a good and suitable test manager tool for our testing management?For the creating good testing area for China, what we should study and learn for. I believe that we will have a good testing industry for our century if we continue to think and think... What is the real thing we should focus on for testing? Learn from foreign But we can not be limited in it!!! Anyway, I want to say, the QC is an expensive tool is enough to tell us whole.
