I'd like to discuss the working efficiency here. As you all know, efficiency is very important in our daily working.

1. Working with passions.

In my opinion, think more about your tasks crossly. You may find that most of our tasks are relevant. Find the relationship of them, you may find that the tasks are not that hard.
   2. Interesting your job. Create some little tools to help your daily work. Select some popular songs as our test streams. And you can also find many other methods to help you interested your job.
   3. Work initiatively.

2. How to plan and how to execute your plan.
   1. Set up your goals: Long term goals and short term goals. Set the reasonable schedule for your plan.
   2. Separate your long term goals into several short term goals. Don’t always think about your long term goals. Think more about the separated short term goals. Execute and finish the short term goals one by one. Then the long term goals will be here clearly.
   3. Put your plan into the place you can find easily.

3. How to communication.
   1. Investigate the topics deeply when submit your question. Make it valuable to discussion owner.
   2. Be with confidence when you discuss with others. The basic of confidence is that you know the topics deeply.

4. Feed back quickly and pay attention to your daily work method.
   1. Know the urgent tasks and important tasks. Finished the urgent tasks and feed back quickly.
   2. Think about your daily tasks during the way to the office. Collect your achievement during the way to home every day. Summary your achievement and shortcoming quarterly and yearly.
   3. Create your own work method. Make the goals and tasks seen easily.
   4. Write down each comment from everybody. Review them when you free.
