1) Get in your customer’s wavelength
2) Get the facts
3) Establish and initiate an action program

b. Judgment Skills
1. Constructive Criticism
1) Do it privately
2) State the positive first, be specific
3) Lay out the deficiencies in the work
4) Criticize the work/product not the individual
5) Get agreement there is a problem
6) Ask for suggestions on improvements
c. Project Relationships
1. Define
Stakeholders, who are owners, users, testers, managers
2. Roles
Who is to do what tasks?
Consult, inform, approve, responsible

d. Motivation Skills
It’s hard to be ‘up’ all the time

总结:第三章的内容结束了。这一个章节主要是测试管理的部分,但这里没有强调如何做测试管理,更多的是一些管理技能和技巧。比如沟通,冲突的解决,领导的艺术等。这章学习的并不是很仔细,先记号一下,以后回头再来看几遍。本章概念性的内容其实很多,要理解记忆的地方也很多。。难啊。下次的学习笔记是第四章-Test Planning。
