1. emctl start dbconsole
错误：Timezone mismatch: The agentTZRegion value (US/Pacific) in
/u01/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/localhost.localdomain_orcl/sysman/config/emd.properties
does not match the current environment TZ setting(US/Pacific).
The dbconsole cannot run with this mismatch.
解决方法：export TZ =RPC
emctl config agent getTZ
emctl config agent updateTZ
emctl start agent
emctl start dbconsole
出现
