tftp and telnet command are in win7,but these command are disabled by default,we can turn on them;

the method as follow:

TFTP：contorl panel->programm->turn Windows features on or off->select TFTP Client

Telnet：contorl panel->programm->turn Windows features on or off->select Telnet Client
