InstallShield 9 安装时文件总是覆盖方法！

Windows installer never seems to overwrite due to the date, for some reason (stupid microsoft...), so I've found the best way to get around this is to override the system version of the files you want to always overwrite.

To find this, go into the component->Files and right click on the file you want overwritten, go to Properties and set the override system version to 99. (note: it doesn't change the version, IS just acts like the version has been changed while it's checking for overwrite)
