Cem Kaner在《Testing Computer Software》书中有一段话: “The best tester is not the one who finds the most bugs or who embarrasses the most developers. The best tester is the one who gets the most bugs fixed.” （最好的测试人员不是发现最多BUG或是使得最多开发人员不自在的人，而是能够[说服开发人员]修正最多BUG的人）
