这里的90%指的是，将测试结果由小到大排序后，去掉最大的10%的测试结果，剩余部分的最大值。

例如，测试结果中有20个值，分别是1，2，3，。。。，18，19，20，那么90%的值应该为18.

Statistically, to calculate the 90th percentile value:
1. Sort the transaction instances by their value.
2. Remove the top 10% instances.
3. The highest value left is the 90th percentile.
