The second and the last interview in Scivantage

    I have had my second and last interview in Scivantage this morning. After the interview, I feel so frustrated and realize that I need to learn more about testing technology and practice more oral English.

    The interviewer has asked me several questions in basic technology, such as boundary value, equivalence class analysis, cause-effect gragh. They are very basic in testing and we usually design test cases in it. But i just can't explain it clearly! I'm so shamed of that. Next, he asked about my responsibilities in my project during the last job. And I wrote SQL query in right join and designed several test cases based on Scivantage login interface and requirement of the function. I regret that I didn't learn knowledge with heart and soul.  

     Finally, he asked me about the opinion of working overtime and the goal of next 3 to five years.

     By this interview, I'm shocked by the cultural differences between American and China and realize the importance of communicating and interpersonal skills . In my future life and work , I must try my best to learn the basic knowledge better and practise my communicating and interpersonal skills in Engllish and Chinese!
