SQL Server setup media does not support the language of the OS问题的解决方法

日文系统（或其他非中文系统）安装SQL Server时报出如下错误：
“SQL Server setup media does not support the language of the OS or does not have ENU localized files. Use the matching language-specific SQL Server media or change the OS locale through control panel.
”

解决方法：
step1：控制面板->时钟、语言和区域，点击“更改显示语言”
step2：选择“格式”，将“格式（F）”改为“中文（简体，中国）”
step3：选择“位置”，将“当前位置（C）”改为“中国”
step4：选择“管理”，将“非Unicode程序中所使用的当前语言”改为“中文（简体，中国）”
