myeclipse中关闭自动更新

关掉myeclipse的QuickUpdate自动更新功能：
Windows -> preference ->myeclipse -> community essentials,将”search for new features on startup”勾掉。
另外关闭的Eclipse的自动更新：
Windows > Preferences > Install/Update>automatic update，去掉automatically find new update and notify me的勾。
