Position：Test Development Engineer

Location:Shenzhen

Brief Position Description:

This NPI position isresponsible for designing and developing the complete Manufacturing testsolution from the product’s design phase to mass production. This seniorposition will drive Design-For-Test (DFT) process at the product design anddevelopment phase; provide hands-on prototype debug and bring-up, and defineand implement Manufacturing test strategy and solutions on the factoryfloor.  This position also serves as akey focal point between Brocade engineering and the contract manufacturer forfactory test-issue resolution and lead hands-on hardware and board-levelfailure analysis efforts.

Minimum Requirements:
1) BSEE, or equivalent.  Master’s preferred
2) >5 years of applicable experience on SAN, Networking, Switching/Routing, Server or similar products
3) Demonstrated hands-on implementation of DFT product expertise
4) Strong programming skills in one two ormore areas: C/C++, TCL/TK, Perl, Phython, TestStand, XML
5) Proven in-depth HW understanding, boardbring-up and protoboard level debug failure analysis skills
6) Excellent English speaking and writingskills
7) Demonstrated good team player andleadership skills
8) Self-starter, can-do attitude withexcellent problem solving skills and project organization skills
