Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
? Typically 6-8 years relevant experience, fully competent. Uses functionally specific knowledge.
? Knowledge in mobile communication SW field and internet services area, backend area is plus
? Proven expertise in a field of software testing including white box, black box, functional, regression, performance, stress, and ad-hoc testing. Understand kinds of test method and test strategy
? Project management experience is plus
? Knowledge in kinds of test tools, test process etc
? Experience in team leading, coaching and quality control
? Ability to work efficiently under high pressure with tight deadlines and demanding quality objectives
? Ability to work in a fast changing environment while ensuring the effectiveness of the team
? Enjoy working independently
? Good communication and teamwork skills
? Fluent English, both in spoken and written form. is required
