1.Plan product quality management system, streamline testing processes,
clearify quality control phases
规划产品质量管理体系，理顺测试工作流程，明确质量控制节点。

2.Develop and carry out test plan, complete the internal project acceptance
correctly submit user acceptance documentation
制定和执行测试计划，完成内部项目验收，规范提交用户验收的相关文档。

3.Manage testing team, and coordinate the test progress
管理测试团队，协调测试进度。


职位要求：


1.Bachelor Degree and above, at least 2 years working experience, having experience
in leading 6+ members team is preferred.
本科以上学历，2年以上工作经验,有带领6人以上团队者优先。

2.Experience with performance testing, familiar with performance testing tools
and guide other users
具有性能测试工作经验，可熟练使用并指导他人使用性能测试工具。

3.Familiar with l the use of testing tool in the various links of testing.
Experience in mobile software testing is preferred.
能熟练使用测试各个测试环节的测试工具，有手机软件测试经验者优先。

4.Good ability of learning and logic analysis, love software testing and be
qualified for the repetitive tasks, work carefully and seriously, to be patient.
有较强的学习能力和逻辑分析能力，热爱软件测试工作，可以胜任重复性工作，工作细致认
真，有耐心。

5.Write test cases and coordinate with the completion of software testing.
可编写测试用例，配合完成软件测试工作。

6.Familiar with l Windows, Linux, Java, Javascript, C and Objective-C, HTTP, HTML
database design and SQL language applications.
熟悉windows、linux，Java，C和Objective-C，数据库设计SQL语言应用。
