Purpose of the Job
Provide RF test engineering development and manufacturing support
Key Responsibility Areas
JOB ROLES (if defined)& RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of Radio Access product RF test solution (HW&SW) in NSN SHN plant
- DFT (Design for Testability) feedback to R&D
- Diagnosis on test station yield and quality problem
- NPI & Prototyping production support
- Test cost and efficiency analysis for RF TE development project
- Answer technical questions as well as day to day operational questions
DELIVERABLES/PERFORMANCE MEASURES (Goals to be achieved, targets to be stayed, reporting etc.):
- To provide DFT support to R&D
- To provide Radio Access product function test solution
- To ensure RF testing quality and provide technical support
Competence
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (List of key competencies needed in the position):
- ? Good RF measurement knowledge
- Familiar with wireless communication theory and standard
- C language programming capability (CVI and teststand experience is preferred)
- ? Good command of written and spoken English
- ? Strong analysis and problem solving ability
- ? Team work and continuous improvement sense
EXPERIENCE (Recommended experience of work corresponding to this position):
- Minimum 3 years experience in RF testing
EDUCATION (Recommended level of education/knowledge):
- Bachelor degree or above ( major in electronics / telecommunication / microwave engineering )
