Responsibilities
- Member of the STB QC Team to work under the STB Team
- STBQC test (NDS Middleware & EPG)
Participates in customer requirement reviews
Responsible for the test feedback on the requirements and design
Defines, ensures and approves test coverage of requirements
Organizes initial planning and precisely estimates specific functionalities.
Ensures test execution is completed within agreed timescales and estimates
Supervises, coordinates and validates test plan/test case review
Monitors defect handling during integration
Defines the process relating to working with integration
Leads the testing in accordance with quality processes and NDS standards.
- Apply and integrate new technologies and methods to improve the quality of the existing
and future systems.
- Task and resource management and motivation of a team
- Participates in recruitment process for new employees
- Manages employee’s technical development & growth
Requirements
- 7 years of experience (at least 5 yrs in the domain) Team Lead
-Experience in verifying software of STB
-Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
-Excellent spoken and written English
