猎头职位：Power Design manager-----------深圳

Ø  Job Description:

·              Lead design team leaders in analyzing and solving technical and operational issues encountered in assigned projects.

·              Monitor project progress, resources requirements and capabilities in order to achieve customer’s schedule and cost.

·               Establish performance standards and reviews individual and team performance against these standards. Take the necessary actions to keep individual and team performance on track and to promote teamwork, professionalism and discipline.

·               Interface with customers, vendors and other internal departments to discuss programs, respond to inquiries and resolve technical and operational issues.

·               Participate and contribute to product RFQ

·              Communicate information to team members about projects as well as company policies, activities and directions.

·              Arrange training for team leaders in order to equip with necessary skills and competencies to perform. their jobs effectively.

Ø  Requirements:

·              Bachelor in Electronics or Electrical (or above)

·            5+ years experience design and project management.

 ( Less education or working experience may consider as Leading Engineer )

Ø  Skill:

·           Good analytical and problem solving skills in power supplies product;

·          Good understanding of power electronics in design;

·          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

·          Good written and spoken English are required.
