Ø Position:
Project Manager
Ø Responsibilities:
-Working with cross-functional team and suppliers to manage multiple projects including schedules, budgets, risks, and changes to meet project requirements and customer commitments
-Communicate critical issues
-Managing project risks, and conflicts.
Ø Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master degreein Engineering, science or business administration related filed
· At least 7 years of experience in industry, 4 years of board level engineering project management experiences
· Familiar with high-performanceblade design, debugging, test, and regulatory requirements based on Advanced TCA / Micro TCA (PICMG) industry standard
· Strong experience with change control, project tracking and risk management
· Experience on product life cycle process and resource management
· Experience on MS project, MS office, Excel, Power Point and other project management tools
· Experience on working with customer critical issues and familiar with product life cycle process and factory board product release process
· Highly organized, self-starter, and team player with positive attitude
· Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Great interpersonal skills, influence skills, problem solving skills, and executions
· Ability to lead the meetings with cross-functional team and suppliers
· Ability to work with marketing, finance and cross-functional team to develop project plan, budget and requirements
· Familiar with system products release process and factory process is a plus
· Familiar with engineering design tools and suppliers is a plus
