Here are some suggestions: Make sure the team goals and the expected time frame. of the team's performance are clear.Have everyonebe aware ofhis or herspecifictasks.Keep meetingsbrief,well structured, interesting, and productive.Involve all memebers in the decision process.Create room forfeedbackfrom the team members.Attract members with complementary skills, but at the same time, withmatchingor workablepersonalitiesand a good work attitude.Give membersrecognitionfor their achievements.Remeber, being a team player truly has its advantages, but so has being a longer.
