Won't be a person that everyone admires

When I think of the things happened in the past and happening right now, I found that I made a big mistake. I shouldn't take the admirations and praise so seriously, there's nothing worth need to believe in them. To be a popular person that everyone admires brings me a lot of trouble, and at the end I get nothing. It prevents me from growing and being myself. It stops me from doing what I like. It gives me a lot of pressure, which blocks me to step forward, everything you do will become a focus, which is totally nothing funny at all. So from now on, I won't be a person that everyone admires, be myself at every time, every place.
