Experience
• Experience with SAP delivery and run – a must
• Optional – Oracle ERP, or other similar products
• Have helped built a team or business
• Proven track record of being successful
• All rounder – delivery + pre-sales + account management
• Industry experience – especially in manufacturing, retail and service industries
• Handling of both China and MNC clients
• Strong networking – domestic in China and regional

 

Role
• Delivery leader for Large Enterprise Solutions Group
• Manage a team of 50 – 200 people
• Carries a team revenue target
