Work experience

about 4~7 years of working experience, at least 3 Years IDC related development experiences

Basic Qualification

1)     Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or a business/management field

2)     A minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects with a solid understanding of project planning, tracking, control and communications

3)     Good understanding of business concepts with strong sense of responsibility

4)     Strong communication skills to interface with senior management team, with the ability to document and analyze business strategies, with implementation practicality in mind

5)     “Can Do” attitude and must be comfortable with working in a dynamic environment.

English

Medium, Can read English technical materials and deal with daily English emails.

Skill

Programming Language

1)     At least 3 years of J2EE programing experience)

2)     Familiar with Struts2, Hibernate/ibats, Spring, EXTJS and other open source framework.

Business

1)     At least 3 years of experience on engaging IDC business operation platform. development.

2)     With Telecom background is preferred.

3)     Familiar with IDC related business and IDC business operation process.

Database

Familiar with Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL
