POSITION: Engineer of multi-technologySystem Test: GSM/LTE/WCDMA

RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities of this role will be:
¨ Support Test prime in developing and executing multi-technology product/release test plan.
¨ Write test specification including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Report
¨ Execute test cases, analyze test result, report test result on schedule.
¨ Follow Quality Process: find, characterize, track and verify defects. Provide detail log to design team if needed.
¨ Regular report on test progress
¨ Support operation/trial teams for successful network deployment or trials on customer sites
工作职责：
主要的工作职责为：
¨ 协助测试领导开发多技术产品/发布测试计划；
¨ 撰写测试说明，包括测试策略，测试计划，测试案例和测试报告；
¨ 执行测试方案，分析测试结果并按时间表汇报；
¨ 遵守质量流程：寻找，标示，跟踪并纠正错误。如有需要，向设计团队提供详细的日志；
¨ 定期报告测试进度；
¨ 协助操作或试运行团队成功进行网络部署，以及顾客处的试运行；
¨ 指导初级测试工程师正确的工作方式；
Qualifications:
Mandatory
¨ Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecom related areas
¨ 1 - 5 year experience in wireless related SW/system or subsystem testing or development.
n Solid telecom knowledge, especially to wireless system (GSM, LTE, WCDMA, TDSCDMA, CDMA etc.)
n Technically competent: able to understand complex technical issues, and good investigation methodology
n Familiar with product verification process
n Computer skill: Master some scripting Language like TCL/Shell/Perl
¨ Solid understanding and practice of test methodology and quality processes
¨ Good communication skills and team work spirit.
¨ Good analytical and problem solving skills with proven system debugging skills
¨ Highly accountable, self-motivated and autonomous at work
¨ Fluent in English and Mandarin
¨ Capability to adopt rapidly in a challenging job environment.
Optional
¨ Experience on the network management or core network product design & testing, especially automation testing is highly desired
¨ Knowledge ofTCP/IP is preferred
¨ Trial experiences on customers’ sites are preferred
¨ Experience in working in a multi-national company across geographic locations is preferred

¨ 网络管理或核心网络产品设计与测试经验，尤其关注自动测试方面的经验
