pl-sql登陆时报ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

问题重现：

(1)安装Oracel10gR2客户端;

（2）安装Oracel10gR2服务器端；

3)安装成功后配置NetManager；

(4)测试可以访问Server端；

(5)利用PL-SQL工具登陆

   报错：ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

问题分析：

(1)NetManager可以正常访问，根据错误提示判断可能是listener.ora配置出了问题

     检查listener.ora配置，发现配置正确；

（2）可能某些配置项有问题

    首先检查系统环境变量,发现系统环境变量中path的值为F:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\bin;d:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1;C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\binn\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\DTS\Binn\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\PrivateAssemblies\
