New challenge

After the Spring Festival, as usual, some major personnel changes within the company. Quality Management and Technical Services are united into a service center.

From now on, I gonna to be responsible for all the key projects by acceptance testing. The testers that I can assign increase from 5 to 10.

I am very grateful to our leader. I will do my best, and strive to live up to that trust.

春节后公司内人事调整照例有点大。质量管理部和技术服务部合并为服务中心了。

从今天开始，占总工作量一大半的所有重点项目都由我负责做验收测试，可由我进行调配的测试资源由5人增至10人。很感激领导对我的信任，我会尽力而为，力争不辜负这份信任。

管5人和管10人的方法似乎应该不同才对，不过具体该如何改变，我要慢慢去探索了。
