My first diary written in English

Today I had supper with my good friend,who is also one of my team members.She asked me if I don't trust her ability, for I always interfere in her work.That's a mistake.I think I was helping her in that way.However,perhaps she is right,from now on,I need to restrain such behavīor.Every one wants to prove his value.I should give her an opportunity to independently accomplish her mission.
