招聘职位要求：

Software Development Manager
The development manager will work directly with a product architect in Toronto, Canada who is driving the vision and implementation plan for the APM solution.  As a result, it is essential that candidates are fluent (written and verbal) in both English and Mandarin.  The ideal candidate will be familiar with the enterprise monitoring market, as well as a variety of application architectures.  He or she will have built a team to create new product.   Familiarity with methodologies like Agile and Scrum would be helpful.  Experience with project management and people management is important.
Understanding of a programming language like C, C++, Java, or C#/.NET is considered an asset.  Generally speaking this is a technical position that requires a strong technical leader with good communication skills.  The specific technologies don’t matter as long as the general background is technical.
Requirements:
•        3 – 5  years of experience managing and building a team
•        Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
•        Able to hire effectively
•        Experience building and managing a team
•        Comfortable working in Unix and Windows based environments
•        Experience with multiple platforms
•        Knowledge of system performance monitoring
•        Strong work ethic and professionalism
•        Ability to work in a dynamic environment
•        Ability to travel to Canada and the United States
Asset:
•        Direct working and management experience with Java, C, C++ or C#/.NET
•        Working experience with source revision control (Subversion) and build tools like Ant  


QA Engineer
Accountabilities
•        Responsible for test case design and execution
•        Responsible for reporting bug and writing test report
•        Assist to build, implement and improve software quality assurance and software testing process
Requirements
•        Bachelor degree or master degree in computer/information related field, degree of domestic top university is a plus
•        CET-6, good in oral and written English
•        Minimum 1 year of experience in testing, including manual test and automation test
•        Have knowledge on DB, such as Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/Sybase
•        Familiar with knowledge in software engineering methodology and practice
•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team work spirit
•        Passion in ensuring and enforcing quality of work


高级软件开发工程师 – Microsoft SharePoint
工作地点：Quest 珠海研发中心

Overview
The successful candidate will be a key developer of a team of programmers who will develop company's Windows Management Products -- Microsoft SharePoint Tools for the Enterprise
Communications Skills:
1、Fluent written and verbal skills in English;
2、Ability to clearly communicate key issues and status using email and other enterprise software;

Technical Knowledge:
1、4+ years experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Sound knowledge of industry standard software best practices, development lifecycle processes and methodologies;
2、Knowledge of and experience with software development in the .NET environment, C# in particular; skills of MS SharePoint development are preferable;
3、Sound knowledge, understanding and hands-on experience with the tools used throughout the software development lifecycle (Development, unit test, build, source code control and versioning tools etc.,);
4、Knowledge of Test-Driven Development is a plus;

Responsibilities:
1、Participate the software product design, development and testing;
2、Design and implement test methodologies that improve product reliability;
3、Learning new technologies, and lead the team to build up the core competences;

Education:
1、BS or Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
