建立学习目标和方向

今天看到一家公司的招聘启事，按照职位描述给自己建立一个学习的目标和方向，测试行业是个很大的领域，我不可能学到所有的测试工具，学到所有的相关知识，既然对通讯比较感兴趣，还是向这方面多做努力，08年初建立个学习目标

职位描述：
Position requires BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in software testing, familiar with test plan and test case design, experience with C/C++ and scrīpting languages such as ksh, perl, tcl/tck etc. Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS, DBMS and telecommunication networks (IN and wireless, unified messaging and voice mail) and protocols (SS7, IP, SMPP, SNMP, SMDI, SIP) is a plus. Experience with automatic test tools from Empirix and Catapult is a plus
