Root mapping user Login in these situation

1. create root mapping ad user.
   a. stop adclient daemon --- adclient is not running.
       1) login as root user with root's local password --- succeed
       2) login as root user with root's ad password --- failed
   b. disconnected network of DC or shutdown DC
       1) login as root user with root's local password --- failed
       2) login as root user with root's ad password --- failed
