It has been 2 months since I started actively looking for a QA job. I've been busy almost everyday though. Almost every work day I will receive either email or phone call or both. Passing screening is easy, almost 100%. Interviewing with agent goes smoothly no matter face to face or over the phone, should be around 80%. HR and technical interviewing with company is tough, but I passed quite a few, about 50%. Now the last step, I did not realize that this step even exist, to
interview with the clients, that fails every single time, 0%.
