看看英国人怎么做工具比较？

以下内容是从我今天整理邮件时淘出来的，还不错。写邮件的是一个做静态分析超过20年的英国公司的技术总监，他想帮助我做一些同类工具的比较，希望我能提供素材。

这里我想和大家分享的是他做事的方法，而不是最后的结果。
